Admission Procedure :

A candidate seeking admission to above mention course shall submit duly filled application form.

1. For desired candidates, it can be obtained from the office of the Academic Cell, M.S.HRC on payment of Rs. 500/-through Demand Draft of any commercial bank drawn in favor of M.S. hospital & research, payable at Lucknow.
2. Prospectus can also be obtained through Post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 550/- in favor of Director, M.S. hospital & research, payable at Lucknow
3. The Academic Cell does not take any responsibility for Postal Delay/Losses.
4. Fees once paid will not be refunded in under any circumstances.
5. Self attested copies of the 10thand 12th Mark-sheet &certificates one photograph along with filled application form should be submitted to The Admission Cell, M.S. HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTER, and LUCKNOW

Phase I: Entrance Test

The scheme of Entrance Examination is as follows

Objective type (MCQs) paper of two hours duration and from the subjects as follows:

1. English – 40 Marks
2. Biology – 20 Marks
3. General Knowledge – 20 Marks
